Website Terms
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover using the website at 915website.com, which is run by Jaime Aleman (915website LLC, El Paso, Texas). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.
What this site is
It describes my web design work and lets you contact me. Reading a price or a description here is not a contract. Work for a client is covered only by a written agreement we both sign. The blank templates are public on the contracts page, and if anything here differs from a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Prices and information
I keep the site accurate, but prices, timelines and descriptions can change, and the articles are general information, not legal, tax or professional advice about your business. Check the details with me before you rely on them.
Sample sites and demos
The sample sites at demos.915website.com are examples of my work. They show what a site could look like. They are not real businesses unless a page says so, and any names, text or images in them belong to me or to the people who made them.
What belongs to whom
The design, text, code and photos on this site are mine, or used with permission. You may link to the site and quote short parts with credit. Please don't copy the site or its code.
Using the site and the contact form
- Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, or get around its bot protection.
- Don't send spam, threats or anything unlawful through the form.
- Sending the form does not start a client relationship. I may decline any project.
Links to other sites
I link to other sites (like Facebook, Instagram and GitHub). I don't control them and I'm not responsible for what they do or say.
No guarantees, and limits
The site is provided "as is." I don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses that come from using this website, and my total responsibility for any claim about the website itself is limited to $100. This does not change anything in a signed client agreement, and it doesn't limit anything the law doesn't allow me to limit.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes about the website go to the courts in El Paso County, Texas.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
