Hosting included. +$100 per additional page. - Monthly Plan: $100 to start, then $150/month for 12 payments — $1,900 total. This is rent-to-own, not a subscription: after the final payment the site is yours, files and all, exactly as if you had paid once. Pay more per month or clear the balance early; the total never changes. - Website Redesign: $1,200 one-time for an existing site. Includes full content migration, 301 redirect mapping, and Google Search Console setup. On the Monthly Plan instead, the setup fee is waived. - Custom Web App: $3,000+ for full-stack applications with databases, payments, and admin dashboards. 50% due at kickoff. ### 2. What happens after you own it - Hosting Only: $25/month. Starts automatically 30 days after launch. The site stays online, fast and secure — no edits, no content changes, no support. - Care Plan: $100/month. Everything in Hosting Only, plus unlimited content updates, performance monitoring, security and dependency updates, priority support, and a monthly check-in report. - Or take your files and go, free, at any time. The domain is always yours. Returning to the Care Plan after more than 3 months on Hosting Only requires a site health check, quoted at $50/hour before any work begins. Migration Special: the $100 setup fee is waived when migrating from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or GoDaddy. ## Contracts The actual client agreements are published blank, in full, before anyone is asked to sign.
